100 Massage Newsletter Ideas to Stay Connected With Clients

One of the biggest mistakes I see in massage marketing is spending all of your time and energy trying to attract new clients while forgetting about the people who have already visited your business.

Your past clients already know you, know where you're located, what it's like to receive a massage from you, and hopefully, they know how great you are at what you do!

Often, all they need is a little reminder at the right time to get back on your schedule.

That's why email newsletters are one of my favorite forms of massage advertising and marketing.

And you don't need thousands of subscribers to make email marketing worthwhile. Even if you only have 50 or 100 clients on your email list, those are 50 or 100 people you can regularly remind that you're there when they need you.

A massage newsletter doesn't need to be complicated, either.

Share something helpful or interesting, let your personality shine through, remind clients about your services, and give them an easy way to book an appointment.

The hardest part is often figuring out what to write about!

I've put together 100 massage newsletter ideas you can use throughout the year.

Your Massage Newsletter Doesn't Have to Be Complicated

The purpose of a newsletter is to stay connected.

Your clients are busy, they may intend to schedule another massage and then life happens. Three weeks become three months, and suddenly they realize they haven't seen you in forever.

A helpful email showing up in their inbox can be exactly the reminder they need.

And that's why I consider email such an important part of a well-rounded massage marketing plan.

Social media algorithms change. Paid massage advertising can help you reach new people. Your website and Google presence can bring in new clients who are searching for massage.

But don't forget about the people who already know and trust you.

Keep in touch & be helpful. Remind them you're there.

Most importantly, give them an easy way to book their next massage.

Pick a few ideas from this list, put them on your marketing calendar, and start emailing your clients consistently. ☮️❤️💆‍♀️
